Shipping policy
Physical Products:
Usually an order will be dispatched between 5 - 10 working days after payment has been received. Some products if they are in stock may be dispatched earlier. Items that are not in stock, may take longer to be delivered, but if this is the case, you will be informed.
Online Workshops and Classes:
If stock inventory permits, all participants of online workshops/classes will have the opportunity to purchase supplies and resources needed for the workshop. If a supply/resource pack is selected, we aim to dispatch 3-4 days prior to the start date of the event.
For participants booking onto a workshop that is less than 4 days away, we will try and dispatch your items as soon as we can, but we cannot be held responsible for products that do not arrive in time.
Custom Charges and Fees
The Playful Tangler is not responsible for any custom charges or fees incurred through shipping oversees. That is the sole responsibility of the customer
Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so, provided that the order has not been dispatched. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision in writing by email to: shop@theplayfultangler.com
If your goods have been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the order.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement
